Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and last wash is at 8:00 p.m.
Yes, we are fully attended at Westfall Laundromat so there is always someone available to help you out or answer any questions you may have.
Our machines take coins, cash and credit cards so you have a variety of ways to pay.
Yes, we have 60 and 80-pound machines that can do multiple loads at a time or wash big, bulky items like comforters.
Wash and Fold Questions
Our laundromat is fully attended so you can drop off your laundry any time that we are open.
We use Tide and Gain when we wash your clothes. You can request fabric softener as well.
Our wash and fold service is only $1.49 a pound.
Turnaround time for wash and fold orders is 24 hours.
We never wash your laundry with anyone else's. We know that this can lead to mix-ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our laundry pickup and delivery service Tuesdays and Fridays.
Our pickup and delivery cost is only $1.39 a pound if you sign up for recurring (weekly or bi-weekly) service and $1.49 a pound if you only use our service on an as needed basis. You can request same day service via phone or email, for $1.89 a pound.
There is a $30 minimum order for pickup and delivery service.
Simply click on the Schedule a Pickup button and fill in the appropriate information. It usually takes less than 2 minutes.
There is a 3-day turnaround time for pickup and delivery.
You do not need to be home to use our service. Just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find your laundry bag(s).
When you sign up online there is a section where you can leave us instructions if you like your laundry done a certain way. These notes will be saved and done every time you place an order.
We do not ask you to sign a contract. You can cancel at any time, but we are confident you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with outstanding service.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry has been completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag (we sell them for $10-$15) or a trash bag that will cinch closed.
If you are on a recurring schedule and you have plans to leave town, you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
